This apartment is perfect for your vacations or your working trip.

Retiro is the financial area of Buenos Aires. Retiró is the combination of history and modernism.
It is located 50 meters away from the metro bus, and 100 meters away from the great Galerias Pacifico where the metro is.

Consider that as it is our financial area, after working hours, you might see homeless.

There’s a bar a few meters away. It’s called Bar o Bar. It emblematic in Buenos Aires for its history. Consider that some nights it might be a bit noice.

El vecindario

This apartment is located in retiro.
One of the most important historical and business neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, now days with the perfct combination of history and modernism as it is the actual financial district, where also WE WORK chose to be located.

During the day it has lots of life. After working hours as most céntricas cities you might see homeless.

You can also find the famous Florida Street, the most important pedestrian street of Buenos Aires. Full of stores of leather goods, clothes, record and books, restaurants and the exclusive shopping mall: Galeria Pacifico.
On Florida Street you will find the Kavanagh building, the first skyscraper in Buenos Aires. Also in this neighborhood are the Colon Theather, considered one of the most important opera houses in the world, and the Obelisk, which is symbol of Buenos Aires and Argentina's most famous monument.
The European and rich architecture of this Buenos Aires neighborhood gives Plaza San Martín a distinguished style. The fabulous palaces built in its vicinity mostly belonged to aristocratic families.

Reglas de la casa

Los días lunes, las llaves se entrega en lugar de a las dos a las 3 de la tarde,
Deberían cuadrar las cosas del departamento entregándolo en condiciones como lo encontraron.
Los platos limpios las fundas de sillón, sabanas y acolchado sin manchas. Eventualmente puede que el fumigador necesite entrar para fumigar y es necesario que eso suceda. Gracias por ayudarnos a mantener el espacio limpio :)

This area is full of bars and restaurantes, it is a very vivid area. At night after work people might gather in Bar o Bar which is a new meters away.
